Important Dates (Conference Dates: February 5-10, 2010)
All full paper submissions received by October 2009 have been reviewed by three referees for relevance to conference tracks, technical merit and content.
Papers selected for oral presentation at the conference will be scheduled for presentation in technical paper sessions on Monday February 8th, Tuesday February 9th or Wednesday February 10th 2010. An advance technical program schedule is forthcoming.
Late-breaking full paper submissions (5-6 pages in the format indicated below) may be considered, time permitting. Content should be related to one or more of the technical tracks specified in the Call for Papers. Please contact the Technical Program Chair (

- Author notification regarding paper selection and technical review results, including recommendations for improving final manuscripts
- Submission of FINAL revised manuscripts for inclusion in the technical program and proceedings

Required Paper Formatting Style
Submissions shall be prepared using the formatting guidelines detailed in the Microsoft Word template.
Electronic Submission
Full papers must be submitted as electronic files in PDF format uploaded via the
NSBE ASC 2010 electronic paper submission site.
